WP 4054 Service Kit

If you have a set of WP 4054 forks on your Husqvarna, KTM, or ATK you know how nice they ride when set up properly. One issue with these forks is the service parts have been discontinued since the late 1990’s. If you look at the diagram below you will notice the bottom out buffer circled in red.

These original bottom out buffers were made with some type of rubber material that was common at the time. Over time they break down from prolonged contact with fork oil.

The Speed Wolf WP 4054 bottom out bumpers are based off the dimensions of an NOS set. The compound used to make these is a nitrile base that is oil resistant and will provide a long service life.

The 4054 service kit also includes the Speed Wolf fork seals.

The 4054 went through several designs including adjusters on top, bottom, or no adjusters 87-88. The forks seals and bottom out bumpers fit all versions of these forks.
